Temperature Indicating paper is a heat sensitive material. The paper changes color to reveal a relative temperature distribution between two mating surfaces. The paper will change instantly when exposed to heat, the intensity of this color is directly related to the temperature to which it was exposed. The paper will change from a light gray to a darker, black color. The higher the temperature is, the darker the paper will become.
