Pressure Metrics is easy to do business with. Send us your purchase order in one of these ways, and we will contact you to confirm receipt:
We ship from our warehouses in New Jersey and Nevada using Fedex and UPS. We are happy to bill your shipper account upon request, and there is never a fee for this service. If you wish to pay the shipping charges directly, please provide your shipper account number, your billing zip code, and the shipping service you want (UPS 2-day, Fedex ground, etc.). You can call this information into 1-866-963-2392 or email email@example.com. Once your order ships, we can email you a tracking number.
Orders with delivery destinations in Canada are shipped from Ontario, so additional international taxes or duties will not be incurred.

If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receipt, so we may arrange a quick replacement. If items are defective, we will replace them for a like item anytime during the first 30 days. If you need to return a non-defective item, please call us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before you ship it. We will accept unopened returns of most items* in like-new condition within 30 days or purchase as long as you have a RMA. Once received and verified, we will refund your original method of payment for the full purchase price and any taxes collected. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items which are opened are not returnable unless defective.
* Because they are licensed software, we are unable to accept returns of Fujifilm FPD-8010E and Fujifilm FUD-7010E. However, we are happy to exchange these items for like items if defective.
